How this works

What NM does for United Arab Emirates employers

End to end sourcing and screening of Indian candidates for your vacancies, delivered from India. You retain the offer, the visa sponsorship and the employment relationship.

NM works with UAE employers who hire from India, which is most of them. We are based in India, not Dubai, and that is the point: the candidates you want are in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kochi and Hyderabad, and screening them properly means being in that market rather than reading CVs from another one.

We handle sourcing, screening and shortlisting. Your UAE entity handles the offer, the visa and the employment relationship. That division is deliberate and it is what keeps the engagement clean on both sides.

Why this model

Why United Arab Emirates employers hire through India

The candidate pool is in India, not the UAE

Indian nationals make up the largest share of the UAE private sector workforce. Sourcing them from inside the UAE means competing for the small pool already on the ground, at resident salaries.

Screening happens in the right timezone

Interviews, reference calls and document checks all run during Indian working hours, against Indian employers we can actually verify.

We know what an India to Gulf move actually pays

The premium a candidate expects to relocate, the accommodation and schooling questions they will ask, and the offers that get declined. That is market knowledge you cannot get from a job board.

Your entity, your employment relationship

We do not place candidates onto UAE payroll or act as a local agency. You make the offer and sponsor the visa, which is the legally correct structure.

FAQs

India Recruitment for United Arab Emirates Employers, frequently asked

No. NM operates from India. We source and screen Indian candidates for UAE employers and hand over a shortlist. The offer, visa sponsorship and employment relationship sit with your UAE entity, which is the legally correct structure and the reason we do not need a local licence.

We do not act as a UAE recruitment agency. Placing candidates inside the UAE requires MOHRE licensing that we do not hold. What we do is find, assess and prepare the Indian candidates your UAE company then hires directly.

Budget 30 to 60 days from signed offer to arrival for visa processing and medicals, on top of the candidate's Indian notice period of 30 to 90 days. Shortlists themselves typically arrive within a week of a calibrated brief.

As a monthly package broken into basic, housing and transport, and ideally net of tax. Indian candidates compare against monthly in-hand pay, so a headline annual figure is harder for them to evaluate and leads to declined offers.

On a calibrated brief we typically share first profiles within a week. After that the timeline is dominated by the candidate's Indian notice period of 30 to 90 days, plus visa or onboarding time where relevant.
