Review before launch. This policy is a drafted starting point written for this site’s structure. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified adviser against current Indian data-protection and employment law, and against how NM actually handles data, before the site goes live.

Who we are

NM HR & Recruitment Consultancy ("NM", "we", "us") is a trading name of Studio27 Creative Media Works LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its head office at WeWork, Zenia Building, Hiranandani Business Park, Thane, Maharashtra 400607. Data we collect

The data we hold depends on how you interact with us.

  • Candidates: name, contact details, CV or resume, employment and education history, current and expected compensation, notice period, location preference, and notes from our conversations with you.
  • Clients and prospective clients: name, business contact details, company, designation, and the hiring requirements you share with us including any job description you upload.
  • Website visitors: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser information, collected through analytics tools.
  • Everyone who contacts us: the content of your enquiry and our correspondence with you.

How we use it

  • To match candidates to roles, and to assess suitability against a client's requirement.
  • To contact you about a specific opportunity, requirement or enquiry.
  • To provide recruitment, search, staffing and advisory services to our clients.
  • To keep candidate profiles on file for future mandates, where you have asked us to.
  • To meet legal, statutory and contractual obligations, including those arising from contract staffing where NM is the employer of record.
  • To improve this website and understand how it is used.

Retention

We keep candidate data for as long as it remains useful for matching you to opportunities, and we review profiles periodically. If you ask us to remove your data we will do so, unless we are required to retain some of it to meet a legal or statutory obligation.

Client data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the period afterwards required by contract, tax and company law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your data where we have no continuing lawful basis to keep it.
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time.
  • Stop sending you marketing or newsletter emails. Every one includes an unsubscribe link.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where enabled, for analytics and advertising measurement through providers such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta and LinkedIn.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies will not prevent you using the site.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access controls, encrypted transmission and vendor due diligence. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
