This website is operated by Studio27 Creative Media Works LLP, which trades as NM HR & Recruitment Consultancy. By accessing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern the website only. Recruitment, search, staffing and advisory services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site in the event of a conflict.

Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, job listings or contact details from the site.
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Impersonate NM, its employees or any other person.

Job listings

Job listings on this site are provided for information. They may be filled, withdrawn or amended at any time without notice, and their presence does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee that a vacancy remains open.

Submitting an application does not create any contractual relationship between you and NM or between you and any client of NM.

Content you submit

By submitting a CV, job description, enquiry or any other content, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant NM permission to use the content for the purposes described in our privacy policy, principally to assess suitability, to match candidates to roles, and to provide services to clients.
