About the opportunity
A confidential appointment reporting to the CEO, with board exposure. The business is preparing for its next funding round.
Responsibilities
- Own controllership, statutory reporting and the audit relationship
- Build and run the FP&A cycle, including budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Manage regulatory reporting and the RBI compliance calendar
- Partner with the CEO and board on capital planning and investor reporting
- Build the finance team through a period of significant growth
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with ten or more years post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in an NBFC, bank or regulated financial services business
- Hands-on experience of regulatory reporting and audit management
- Track record of building and developing a finance team
