About the opportunity
Reports to the National Sales Head. The brand is expanding its modern trade and quick-commerce presence.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional P&L across general trade, modern trade and e-commerce
- Lead a team of area and regional sales managers
- Manage distributor and key account relationships
- Deliver the annual operating plan on volume, value and market share
- Drive trade marketing execution in partnership with the brand team
Requirements
- Twelve or more years in FMCG or consumer sales
- Experience across both general trade and modern trade channels
- Prior regional leadership with direct P&L ownership
- Strong distributor network across north India
