About the opportunity
Reports to the Regional HR Head, supporting sites across Thane, Bhiwandi and Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Act as HR partner to site and functional leaders across several locations
- Own workforce planning, performance cycles and employee relations for the region
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives for front-line teams
- Ensure statutory compliance across permanent and contract populations
Requirements
- Six or more years in an HR business partner or generalist role
- Experience supporting operational or blue-collar workforces
- Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance
- Willing to travel regularly across sites in the Mumbai region
