Responsibilities
- Run daily shift operations across inbound, storage, picking and dispatch
- Own throughput, accuracy and productivity metrics for the shift
- Manage a mixed permanent and contract workforce
- Maintain safety standards and housekeeping discipline
Requirements
- Five or more years in warehouse or fulfilment operations
- Experience with a WMS in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with rotational shift working
- Available at short notice
